At Hestraviken, you’ll be staying right in the heart of one of Småland’s premier cycling areas. At the foot of the mountain, southern Sweden’s largest Bike Park awaits, featuring jumps, drops, banked turns, and terrain waves – perfect for honing your skills. Don’t miss the impressive pump track, the largest in the Nordics, where you can challenge your balance and pick up speed in a fun, playful way.
Start your adventure right from the hotel
Bike in – bike out! From Hestraviken, you have direct access to several trails, including the popular Pink Lady, which connects to the entire Isaberg trail network. In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the Bike Park. For those who love speed and challenges, downhill cycling from the top of Isaberg provides a real adrenaline rush.
Prefer a more leisurely ride? Green trail – Hestra starts right at the hotel and takes you on an approximately 3 km long, wide, and easy-to-ride path to Hestra. The signs point to Hestra in one direction, and back to Hestraviken on your return. The trail goes through the village of Vik and continues through a wooded area until it reaches the bike path between Hestra and Gislaved.
From there, you can connect to Blue trail – Gislavedsleden or Green trail – Banvallen, which together form an approximately 25 km loop through both forests and open landscapes – a perfect ride for a day out on your bike.
Bike storage, bike wash & rental bikes
