Trails for all levels
Hop on your bike right at the hotel and follow the cross-country trail Pink Lady, which quickly connects you to Isaberg’s extensive trail network. The trails are clearly marked with arrows indicating the difficulty level – from beginner-friendly green trails to technically demanding black tracks. Most trails offer varied terrain, including gravel roads, forest paths, and hilly challenges.
Beginner or experienced
The Hestra Isaberg area offers mountain biking for both beginners and more experienced cyclists. People of all ages enjoy it, but beginners should avoid difficult trails to prevent frustration. Children’s favorite spot is the Bike Park, where they can spend hours jumping and riding the pump track. The easier downhill trails, accessible via the ski lift, are also popular with kids. For experienced mountain bikers, the challenging downhill trails are a major attraction, as well as long cross-country rides.
Technique and speed for everyone
Isaberg Bike Park
Isaberg Bike Park is southern Sweden’s largest and offers fantastic opportunities to train technique. You’ll find jumps, drops, banked turns, and terrain waves. For children and beginners, there are easier technical tracks and the largest pump track in the Nordics – perfect for learning and having fun! The pump track is designed for all levels, allowing you to jump and find your own lines for extra challenges.
A trail pass is required for riding in the technical tracks of the Bike Park and Isaberg’s mountain bike trails.

Longer rides for the adventurous
Looking for longer rides? Explore the Järnbärarleden to Gnosjö (about 20 km) or extend your route with Kävsjöleden. Gislavedsleden, which is part of the Smålandsleden, also offers fantastic options. These trails, marked with orange poles, are suitable for both biking and hiking, featuring everything from challenging technical sections to scenic landscapes.
From the hotel, you can take an easy 25 km green loop to Gislaved. Just follow the green-marked signs from the trail center at the Spa Villa.
