Cancellation Policy and Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@hestraviken.se.
If your booking has been prepaid, we will refund the amount to the same card used for payment. Please note that it may take up to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account. The refund amount depends on when the cancellation is made:
Packages and Offers
Free cancellation and rescheduling up to seven days before arrival.
For cancellations made between six days and the arrival day, 85% of the amount will be charged, meaning 15% will be refunded.
Note: A rescheduling is considered a cancellation followed by a new booking.
Bed & Breakfast Flex
Free cancellation and rescheduling until 6:00 PM the day before arrival.
For later cancellations, the first night’s stay will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Bed & Breakfast – Non-Refundable
No free cancellation or rescheduling.For cancellations or rescheduling, 100% of the amount will be charged, and no refund will be given.
Peace of Mind with Cancellation Protection
Add our cancellation protection at the time of booking for extra security and flexibility! With this protection, you can cancel up until the arrival day if an unforeseen event occurs, such as illness or an accident, provided you can present valid documentation, such as a doctor’s certificate.
If you cancel at least seven days before arrival, our standard policy applies, meaning free cancellation except for the cost of the cancellation protection. For later cancellations, the full amount of your stay will be refunded, excluding the cancellation protection, as long as you can provide documentation verifying the unforeseen event.
