At Hestraviken, we offer eight conference venues and meetings rooms with capacity for 2–70 people, located in our three charming buildings: the conference villa, the reception villa, and the restaurant villa.

Our modern and functional rooms are equipped with comfortable furniture, comfort cooling, wireless broadband, and all the technology you need for effective meetings.
For a creative and informal atmosphere, we recommend Järnbäraren in the restaurant villa, our lounge-style conference room with sofas and armchairs.

Flottaren

Our largest conference room

Flottaren is located on the ground floor of the conference villa and is decorated in light colors with comfortable Källemo conference chairs. The room offers an inspiring and practical environment for both larger and smaller meetings.

Adjacent to the room is a coffee bar, and it is fully equipped with a flipchart, large whiteboard, wireless broadband, sound system, data projector supporting both VGA and HDMI, Apple TV, and comfort cooling.

On the same floor, there is the smaller room Smeden, and a group room is easily accessed one floor down in the lower level. Outside the room, there is also a large furnished terrace that invites you to take breaks and relax.
